Lost, undelivered or stolen packages:
Once a package starts tracking we are no longer responsible for lost, undelivered or stolen packages. If the package is missing, please contact USPS (or other carrier used) to file a claim. If the package was determined to be delivered to the correct address but was stolen, please file a local police report.

Wrong mailing address:
Packages are typically ship USPS first class mail. We are not responsible for misdelivered or return to sender packages due to the buyer using the wrong mailing address. Please verify your mailing address before completing the purchase. Once the package is shipped and starts tracking, we are no longer responsible for the package. If a package is deemed undeliverable and is returned to sender, the item(s) must be in the originally condition. A refund will be issued once the package is received and inspected. The refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
